Obtiene un extracto acuoso de hojas de orégano Origanum vulgare por arrastre de vapor de agua, para determinar su actividad antibacteriana en vacas en producción con mastitis bovina con 12 y 14% de concentración en compuestos fenólicos, se emulsionó (O/W) usando dos métodos: ultrasonido y agitación magnética. Para el diagnostico se usó el test de California (CMT) y se confirmó mediante conteo de células somáticas (CCS) por citometría fija y unidades formadoras de colonias (UFC)/ml en cultivos de agares Manitol y MacConkey para Staphyloccocus aureus y Escherichia coli respectivamente. The present study was carried out at the confluence of the Baños, Minascocha and Quilla micro-basins; which belongs to the upper part of the Chancay-Huaral basin, in order to identify the areas of greatest vulnerability to high intensity rainfall phenomena (floods). For the modeling of this section, the flows obtained by means of the SWAT software were used. The flood simulation was carried out using the IBER V2.5 software, which is free software, which is used to simulate floods in shallow waters, that is, shallow waters. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the addition of oregano essential oils (OEO) in the diet on duodenal morphometry of Cobb 500 broilers. In total, 400 chickens distributed in five treatments were used: supplementation with OEO (100, 200, 300 ppm) and two control treatments (commercial oregano [250 ppm] and growth-promoting antibiotic [300 ppm]), for six weeks, fed ad libitum with weekly formulated diets. The morphometric study was carried out with the help of a camera coupled to the microscope using AmScope 3.0 software, a 4x objective, covering an area of 2000 µm2.
