El fenómeno de trabajo infantil viene en aumento a nivel global desde 2016 y a causa de la pandemia los esfuerzos en favor de la erradicación del fenómeno están en riesgo. En América Latina y el Caribe, si bien se ha mantenido una tendencia decreciente, Perú es uno de los países con las tasas más altas de trabajo infantil en la región. Con el fin de entender mejor este fenómeno se propone estudiar la dinámica intergeneracional entre padres e hijos, donde el trabajo en la infancia de los padres permite explicar la presencia del fenómeno en los hijos. ​​​Este estudio examina la relación entre el trabajo adolescente y el rendimiento escolar en Perú, una temática relevante en América Latina debido a los efectos adversos que el trabajo adolescente puede tener en el desarrollo educativo y social de los jóvenes; considerando que en la región, aproximadamente 8,2 millones de menores participan en actividades laborales. The present study consists of observing the relationship between immunizations and anemia in children under 5 years of age. Anemia is a public health problem worldwide and Latin America is no exception. Particularly, for the Peruvian case, approximately one third of children under 5 years of age present this disease. The consequences vary depending on the degree of anemia that occurs; Mild anemia being the most common case among minors. In order to combat anemia, the Peruvian Ministry of Health proposes various actions, including vaccination against rotavirus and pneumococcus as some of them. The sociodemographic factors associated with organ donation in Peru during 2023 were determined through a secondary analysis of the open database of the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (RENIEC). The covariates were sex, age, area of residence, and macro-region. Poisson regression was used to evaluate the associations. A total of 13.1% were donors. There was a lower prevalence of donation among men (RPa: 0.94, 95% CI: 0.94 - 0.95). The prevalence of donation was 19% lower among older adults compared to the 18-30 years age group (RPa: 0.81, 95% CI: 0.80 - 0.81). Belonging to a rural area decreased the probability of donation by 62% compared to urban areas (RPa: 0.38, 95% CI: 0.38 - 0.38). The prevalence of organ donation in Peru was low. The groups with the lowest probability of donation were males, older adults, and rural inhabitants.
