El presente estudio "Promoción turística de la Municipalidad Provincial de Moyobamba y turismo receptivo en la provincia de Moyobamba -2014", tuvo como objetivo general Conocer el nivel de implementación de las acciones de promoción turística de la Municipalidad Provincial de Moyobamba y grado de percepción del Turismo Receptivo en la Provincia de Moyobamba. La población estudiada estuvo representada por el recurso humano que labora en la Municipalidad Provincial de Moyobamba, en un total de 5, con una muestra del 100% (5) y 19 turistas que arribaron a la ciudad de Moyobamba, con una muestra de 18.
