El presente trabajo con el título “Propuesta de diseño del sistema integrado de gestión basado en las normas ISO 14001:2015 e ISO 45001:2018 en la empresa Viettel Perú, sede Lima, 2022.” se realizó en la sede central en la ciudad de Lima; Viettel Perú es una empresa dedicada al servicio de telecomunicaciones. Asimismo, tiene como objetivo principal el proponer el diseño del sistema integrado de gestión ambiental, seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la ISO 14001:2015 e ISO 45001:2018 para la empresa, y como objetivos secundarios, realizar el diagnóstico inicial para ambas normas ISO, generar el contenido de la propuesta de diseño del SIG, y realizar un análisis de costo beneficio de la implementación de la propuesta. The objective of the research was to establish the sound pressure values in some roads of the Gregorio Albarracín district in the Tacna Region under conditions of vehicular restriction due to the measures adopted in the pandemic due to SARS COV-2. The study was carried out from the month of October to November 2020 using the methodology of the National Noise Monitoring Protocol (2013), establishing 63 measurement points that were located on Collpa, Humboldt, Municipal, La Cultura and Bohemia Tacneña avenues. Three measurements were recorded during rush hours of the day shift and one measurement during rush hours of the night shift for one week each month; adding a total of 3528 measurements. Vehicular traffic has increased in much of the world in recent times, and everything indicates that it will continue to worsen, constituting a danger to the quality of urban life. The strong negative impacts, both immediate and long-term, require multidisciplinary efforts to keep it under control through the design of appropriate policies and measures. For this reason, the noise generated in the main roads of the city of Tacna was analyzed in order to know if under movement restrictions due to the health situation generated by COVID-19 that the government implemented, the pressure levels were reduced by the decrease in vehicular traffic.
