OBJECTIVE: Value of sonohysterography in the study of infertility. MATERIAL: Fifteen infertile patients studied with hysterosalpingography and sonohysterogrraphy. METHOD: Filling of uterine cavity with sterile saline solution, through a catheter and under sonographic control. RESULTS: Sonohysterography permits better differentiation of endometrium and myometrium during the menstrual cycle. In uterine alterations it precises intracavitary lesions better than usual endosonography: endometrial polyps and sinequiae, submucous myoma or endometrial carcinoma. CONCLUSION: Sonohysterography constitutes a valuable procedure in endometrial and submucous intracavitary alterations differentiation, is a fast and low cost exploration and does not require contrast media or ionizing radiations.

The specific (COE) and individual (COI) oxygen consumption of Semimytilus algosus (0,0856 to 0,1869 g) were determinated in static closed chambers.(300 ml aprox.), using 3 concentrations of detergent (CO = 0,00; C1 = 0,02; C2 = 0,04; and C3 = 0,06 mg I-1 of detergent). To detect the dissolved oxygen was used the Winkler method. The filtration rate was determinated without detergent by filtration of Chaetoceros gracifis, with the same individuals as were exposed to the detergent during the respiration experiments. The experiment conditions were 35%. of salinity and 17 ± 0,5ºC. The results indicated that the detergent, even though it is biodegradable, at short periods of exposition disturbs the respiration rate increasing the oxygen consumption and velocity of filtration rate with the increase of detergent concentration.

Posteriormente se entra al análisis de una serie de argumentos “que se hicieron valer en contra” de los actos de autoridad ante el Poder Judicial de la Federación. Por último se hace referencia a los Derechos Humanos que se consideraron violados, los mismos que son materia de denuncia ante la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.

Objetivos: Determinar la asociación entre la PaO2 y la SatO2 en el manejo del síndrome de distress respiratorio del neonato en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital Nacional Dos De Mayo durante el periodo 2017-2018. Materiales y métodos: Esta investigación es un estudio transversal, retrospectivo, observacional de de alcance analítico y de tipo comparativo. Se recopilaron los datos de las historias clínicas de 129 pacientes recién nacidos que fueron diagnosticados con SDRN y posteriormente ingresados a la UCIN. Resultados: El 65% presento una SatO2 de 94-98%, y el 70% presentó una PaO2 entre 81-93 mmHg. No se encontró asociación entre las dos variables anteriormente descritas. Objective: Limb amputation is considered one of the most devastating consequences of electrical injury. Any factors that correlate with the degree of muscle damage can be used to predict the necessity of limb amputation. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that can be used to predict limb amputation in high-voltage electrically injured patients. Material and Methods: Ninety-seven high-voltage electrically injured patients were admitted to the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Burns of Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza on a 5 year period. This study evaluates the genotoxic injury in the species Colossoma macropomum (“Gamitana") when exposed to the pesticide Fipronil, for which we used the micronucleus test (MN). We workwed with juveniles in the third stage, placed in glass tanks, which were exposed to 3 different concentrations of fipronil (C1: 0.075 mg /L, C2: 0.15 mg /L and C3: 0.30 mg /L), evaluated at 24 and 48 h. Peripheral blood was used which made the spread. The counting of micronuclei and abnormalities was made on the basis of 1000 cells. The average rate of micronuclei indicates that 0.075 mg / L the average frequency is twice the control. With regard to abnormalities of the core, was found more frequently at 48 h of exposure.
