This article seeks to identify weaknesses in preventing accidents caused by rockfall and thus innovate controls adequate to ensure that underground mining operations are carried out safely, fulfilling the strategic goals of production and safety risk the organization. What; This article serves as a reference document and application in the future in the medium term, the Administrative Huachocolpa One of Compania Minera Kolpa SA, Economic Unity develop its various mining operations in underground without accidents, thus ensuring that the most valuable resource of any organization; staff return safely to their homes every day.

El presente artículo está orientado a identificar debilidades en la prevención de accidentes generados por desprendimiento de rocas y, por ende, innovar controles de riesgos adecuados a fin de que las operaciones mineras subterráneas se desarrollen de manera segura, cumpliendo los objetivos estratégicos de producción y seguridad de toda organización. Esperamos que este trabajo sirva como documento de consulta y aplicación, para que, a mediano plazo, la Unidad Económica Administrativa Huachocolpa Uno, de Compañía Minera Kolpa S.A., desarrolle sus distintas operaciones mineras en subterráneo sin accidentes, y así garantizar que el recurso más valioso de toda organización, el personal, retorne sano y salvo a sus hogares todos los días.

BACKGROUND: Adherence to TB treatment and therefore treatment success could be improved using digital adherence technology. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of a medication event reminder monitor system (MERM) on treatment success and treatment adherence in patients with drug-susceptible pulmonary TB in Perú. METHODS: This was an experimental, randomised, open-label, controlled study conducted among patients in the second phase of TB treatment. The intervention group received their medications through MERM with the support of a treatment monitor, whereas the control group used the usual strategy. Participants were followed until they completed the 54 doses of the second phase of treatment.
