El presente trabajo de investigación contiene un estudio en función de la gestión de los procesos administrativos de la empresa Inversiones y Construcciones Guty Sac. Por otra parte, la Población: estuvo conformada por 15 trabajadores de la empresa en donde se realizó los estudios en el periodo 2018. El instrumento de validación y confiabilidad fue de un cuestionario para poder medirá la variable estudiada, donde estos resultados nos permitieron encontrar los tres objetivos específicos y el general. En base de la investigación realizada podemos concluir que la gestión de los procesos administrativos es correcta pero no excelente dentro los cuatro procesos de la empresa.

Long and monotonous journeys during the transport of goods can generate tiredness and/or fatigue in the driver, generating a potential vehicle accident where the driver can enter a state of micro-sleep, losing control of the vehicle for a period of time. Within the state of the art, it is observed that most of the solutions have as their fundamental axis the analysis of the ocular muscle, being these vulnerable to the variation of light intensity and facial accessories that the driver can use. The objective of this study was to analyze the degree of compliance with environmental regulations in Mexico by establishments in the transportation equipment manufacturing subsector (automotive and auto parts) that have Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) participation in their share capital. To test this relationship, a logit model was used, where the dependent variable took the value 1 if the productive unit of this subsector complied with at least one environmental regulation, and 0 otherwise; the central explanatory variable was whether the economic unit of the automotive and auto parts industry with FDI, and other independent control variables were added.
