El objetivo de este trabajo se centra en la diferenciación de la comprensión lectora de estudiantes con discapacidad auditiva incluidos y sus pares oyentes. Se plantea la hipótesis que existen diferencias de comprensión en los niveles de esta modalidad a favor de los pares oyentes. Además, se averigüa la influencia del sexo, nivel de estudios y tipo de gestión del colegio en el rendimiento de la comprensión lectora de estos estudiantes. En este estudio han participado 58 estudiantes varones y mujeres de los niveles de educación primaria y secundaria de instituciones educativas de gestión estatal y particular de la UGEL 07. De ellos, 29 son estudiantes con discapacidad auditiva incluidos y los otros 29 son sus pares oyentes. Las edades fluctuaron de 6 a 18 años.
