description El propósito de este estudio es determinar la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la satisfacción laboral en trabajadores que realizan trabajo remoto en una entidad Pública de la ciudad de Trujillo; resultante de la nueva modalidad laboral adoptada en el sector público cuyo fin es salvaguardar la vida de los trabajadores en marco de la Crisis Sanitaria causada por la Covid-19, el reto de adaptarse a esta medida trae como consecuencias estrés laboral crónico y por consiguiente logra afectar su satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores. Esta investigación es de tipo no experimental, correlacional con corte transversal y de una muestra compuesta por 49 trabajadores que realizan trabajo remoto en la entidad. Como técnicas de recolección de datos se usó la encuesta a modo de cuestionario. Los resultados evidencian que existe una relación de significancia negativa baja entre el síndrome burnout y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores que realizan trabajo remoto en la Entidad bajo análisis. Por tanto, se concluye que el síndrome de Burnout interviene en el cambio de la satisfacción laboral, reflejando que cada trabajador reacciona de forma distinta a factores del entorno.

Por tanto, se concluye que el síndrome de Burnout interviene en el cambio de la satisfacción laboral, reflejando que cada trabajador reacciona de forma distinta a factores del entorno.The purpose of this study is determine the relationship between Syndrome Burnout and job satisfaction in workers who perform remote work in a public entity in the city of Trujillo, resulting from the new labor modality adopted in the public sector whose purpose is to safeguard the lives of workers in the framework of the Health Crisis caused by the Covid-19, the challenge of adapting to this measure brings as consequences job stress and therefore manages to affect their job satisfaction of workers. This is a non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional research with a sample composed of 49 workers who perform remote work in the entity. A questionnaire survey was used as a data collection technique. The results show that there is a relationship of low negative significance between burnout syndromes and job satisfaction of workers who perform remote work in the entity under analysis.
