Por este motivo en busca de la revalorización y mejora del paisaje urbano se implementará un Centro Cultural y recreativo en el Callao. Lo que se busca en el proyecto es repotenciar el espacio natural en el cual se encuentra ubicado el proyecto y atraer a la población, brindándoles una nueva experiencia y visión de las posibilidades que tiene Lima al estar junto al mar. El proyecto se ubica en el Callao debido a que presenta un déficit de edificaciones que brinden actividades culturales; y por consecuencia da resultado a que las personas de la zona se trasladen a otros lugares como Cercado de Lima, San Isidro o Miraflores.

Lo que se busca en el proyecto es repotenciar el espacio natural en el cual se encuentra ubicado el proyecto y atraer a la población, brindándoles una nueva experiencia y visión de las posibilidades que tiene Lima al estar junto al mar. El proyecto se ubica en el Callao debido a que presenta un déficit de edificaciones que brinden actividades culturales; y por consecuencia da resultado a que las personas de la zona se trasladen a otros lugares como Cercado de Lima, San Isidro o Miraflores.Currently, in Peru, the largest offer of cultural centers is concentrated in the districts with the highest purchasing power and central districts of Metropolitan Lima. For this reason, in search of the revaluation and improvement of the urban landscape, a Cultural and Recreational Center will be implemented in Callao.
