Por lo tanto, el objetivo general de la presente investigación es comparar las modalidades de financiamiento mencionadas para las películas independientes en el Perú. El enfoque utilizado en la investigación es cualitativo. Para ello, se entrevistó a tres directores de cine los cuales llevaron a cabo sus proyectos con distintas formas de financiamiento y se complementó con libros, artículos y otras entrevistas de conocedores y especialistas del cine peruano.

Currently, many directors do not know the processes of these modalities and many of them have limitations. Many filmmakers such as Carlos Marín and Francisco Lombardi have encountered subsequent problems before and after presenting their projects through these forms of financing. Therefore, the general objective of this research is to compare the financing modalities mentioned for independent films in Peru. The methodology used in the research was qualitative.
