La presente investigación se realizó con el fin de determinar los criterios necesarios para plantear un proyecto arquitectónico “Terminal terrestre interprovincial de la ciudad de Jaén”, ya que la infraestructura destinada a brindar este servicio en la ciudad no satisface la gran demanda de pasajeros y buses. La solución que se plantea ante este problema es realizar como punto de inicio un análisis de la ciudad, los potenciales usuarios y sus horarios, el clima, el contexto urbano y natural. Como segundo punto, se debe analizar la tipología mediante referentes tanto nacionales como internacionales, con esto se definirán los ambientes que se necesitan para un buen funcionamiento del proyecto y las áreas aproximadas de cada uno. Una vez definido el programa y área, se elegirá un terreno que cumpla con estos requerimientos. Con la investigación previa ya realizada, se realizará la parte técnica del proyecto que viene a ser el desarrollo de la planimetría. |

Con la investigación previa ya realizada, se realizará la parte técnica del proyecto que viene a ser el desarrollo de la planimetría.The present investigation was carried out in order to determine the necessary criteria to propose an architectural project "Interprovincial land terminal of the city of Jaén", since the infrastructure intended to provide this service in the city does not satisfy the great demand of passengers and buses. The solution proposed for this problem is to carry out as a starting point an analysis of the city, the potential users and their schedules, the climate, the urban and natural context. As a second point, the typology must be analyzed using both national and international references, with this the environments that are needed for the proper functioning of the project and the approximate areas of each one will be defined. Once the program and area have been defined, a land that meets these requirements will be chosen.
