description El proyecto consiste en la implementación de una Nueva Institución Educativa Publica Primaria y Secundaria ubicada sobre un colegio existente llamado “I.E. CRISTO REY” en el distrito de José Leonardo Ortiz, Chiclayo, Lambayeque. Este colegio cuenta con una infraestructura ineficiente, que, según El Ministerio de Educación, debe demolerse en un 100%, además de estar ubicado en una zona con alto índice de analfabetismo. Debido a esto, es que el proyecto tiene como propósito repotenciar las actividades pedagógicas mediante la arquitectura modular y algunos principios de la pedagogía Active Learning, considerando algunos factores como las necesidades de los usuarios locales, el entorno urbano y el clima de la zona con el objetivo de lograr espacios de aprendizaje más lúdicos, replicables, con confort térmico y de calidad arquitectónica, lo cual generará un mejor rendimiento educativo en los alumnos y beneficiará a la comunidad local ya que también podrán hacer uso de las instalaciones en horario no escolar

The area has a (Parentage illiteracy rate ex- 94.5%), and Due to this and many other issues, the purpose of this project is to repower pedagogical activities through modular architecture and some principles of Active Learning Pedagogy, considering various factors such as the local user needs, the urban environment, and the climate of the area. The goal is to empower and progress the quality of life in the region.
