Desde otra perspectiva, pueden generar fortalezas efectivas en la identidad docente como una dimensión intrínseca de la formación profesional. Por esta razón la investigación se centró en el análisis de incidentes críticos como propulsores emergentes de la reflexión del profesorado en la enseñanza. El estudio se realizó mediante el diseño ex – posfacto, en tres distritos de alta vulnerabilidad, con la participación de 480 estudiantes y 24 docentes de la práctica preprofesional de una universidad de Lima en Perú. Se utilizaron escalas y rúbricas de valoración y medición de los incidentes críticos. La revisión de 277 incidentes críticos reveló que el docente es un ser visionario con altas aspiraciones académicas, por lo que las tensiones didácticas de tipo reflexivo y autodominantes son los eventos de mayor complejidad que buscan comprender los docentes en formación. Adicional a ello, la convivencia escolar se incrementó lentamente en las instituciones educativas involucradas.Critical incidents are situational events, which cause despair and chaos in the school coexistence between the teacher and his students. From another perspective, they can generate effective strengths in teacher identity as an intrinsic dimension of professional training. For this reason, the research focused on the analysis of critical incidents as emerging drivers of the reflection of teachers in teaching. The study was carried out by means of the ex - post design in three highly vulnerable districts, with the participation of 480 students and 24 professors from the pre-professional practice of a University of Lima in Peru. Scales and rubrics were used to assess and measure critical incidents. The review of 277 critical incidents revealed that the teacher is a visionary being with high academic aspirations, so that reflective and self-governing didactic tensions are the most complex events that teachers in training seek to understand.
