De manera similar, el nivel de significancia es suficiente (valor p: 0,000 = 0,05). Al respecto, los resultados verificaron la hipótesis que afirma que el salario emocional tiene un impacto positivo, directo y sustancial en la conservación del talento humano de la organización algodonera, permitiendo la toma de decisiones alineadas con los objetivos de las organizaciones.
