El enfoque del estudio es cuantitativo de tipo básico, descriptivo y correlacional con un diseño no experimental y transversal. Los hallazgos muestran que los estudiantes presentan un nivel alto de resiliencia y moderados de estrés académico. Además, se encontró relación negativa y significativa entre la resiliencia y el estrés académico a nivel general (Rho=-,126; p<0,05) y las dimensiones estresores (Rho=-,143; p<0,05), síntomas (Rho=-,278; p<0,05) y estrategias de afrontamiento (Rho=,334; p<0,05). Estos hallazgos plantean la necesidad de planificar intervenciones centradas en fortalecer factores protectores como la resiliencia en la población estudiantil afectada por la pandemia para minimizar el efecto del estrés.
