Por lo tanto, la presente investigación tiene por objetivo incrementar el nivel de servicio de la empresa mediante la herramienta Justo a tiempo (JIT). Para ello, se balanceó la línea de producción de los tres productos que tienen un mayor aporte a los ingresos de la empresa, asimismo, se agrupó las operaciones en función a una distribución en flujo continuo. Por consiguiente, se estandarizaron los procesos, se elaboró una ficha de trabajo estándar para cada uno de los productos y se estableció el flujo pull mediante el sistema kanban. La herramienta JIT permitió reducir el lead time en un 40,65% y el WIP en un 53,05%, en promedio.
