Diseñar este proyecto en un terreno de gran envergadura (39674.33 m2) consiste un reto en si mismo y será un desafío a considerar en todas las etapas de la tesis. Sin embargo, desde un punto de vista proyectual, el principal desafío que presenta este estudio es la forma como este proyecto se integrara al tejido urbano existente: a- ¿Cómo lograr un diseño que contribuya a mejorar la oferta inmobiliaria y continúe dinamizando la zona? b- ¿Cómo integrar la población existente y la nueva población que vendrá de otros distritos a vivir en el complejo residencial? c- ¿Como lograr una ciudad compacta con cohesión social, que tenga servicios que dinamicen la vida de los usuarios? ¿Cómo crear “Barrio”? |
