El objetivo es determinar el impacto socio-jurídico positivo de la separación convencional y divorcio ulterior en las Notarías del Distrito Judicial de Junín; La investigación es básica, de alcance correlacional, no experimental, cuantitativo. Se utilizará para contrastar la hipótesis, los métodos: inductivo, deductivo, comparativo y análisis; asimismo métodos particulares como la exégesis como razonamiento jurídico, el sistemático, la orientación sociológica. Se extrajo dos tipos de muestras, es decir de los casos resueltos y la población para la encuesta a abogados; y, un tipo de muestreo probabilístico simple. Para la recolección de información se utilizó encuestas y análisis documental, llegándose a la conclusión que el divorcio notarial por mutuo disenso, tramitada ante los notarios públicos, como medio de solución de conflicto, resulta siendo eficaz.
