description El objetivo principal de la investigación es diseñar un edificio bioclimático para la sede del Ministerio Público del Distrito Fiscal de Sullana – 2023 La Investigación según su función es básico y un diseño no experimental – transversal. Las técnicas que se utilizan son la encuesta, fichas de observación, bibliográficas y fichas de revisión para ambas partes. La Población es finita, constituida por todas las fiscalías analizadas e infinita a la vez por toda la población encuestada correspondiente a la provincia de Sullana. En conclusión, el 90% de los usuarios que forman parte del Distrito Fiscal de Sullana están insatisfechos, respeto a la calidad espacio ambiental, ubicación de ambientes y zonas complementarias a utilizar en sus centros de trabajo y atención que se brinda en él, y que el 80% de su infraestructura no cumple aspectos básicos como los funcionales y espaciales, ni mucho menos ambientales y tecnológicos se deberían ser considerados en este tipo de edificaciones.

The techniques used are the survey, observation sheets, bibliography and review sheets for both variables. The population is finite, made up of all the prosecutor's offices analyzed and infinite at the same time by the entire surveyed population corresponding to the province of Sullana.
