Por ello se realizó un estudio al sector para conocer las necesidades y preferencias de los usuarios en cuanto a los talleres y actividades a realizar en el equipamiento, con la finalidad de obtener un proyecto que incentive la socialización y la participación de la población del distrito. Por ello se busco implementar estrategias durante la etapa de diseño como lo es generar una ciudad vital con espacios de esparcimiento, así mismo se busco generar una relación edificio entorno de tal forma que se evite cerrar el proyecto al entorno y que al contrario se generen espacios que inviten al usuario a ingresar y conocer el proyecto, del mismo modo se tomó en consideración la orientación de los ambientes para evitar incomodidades con respecto a los aspectos tecnológicos, y al ser Piura una ciudad con gran incidencia solar se plantearon estrategias proyectuales como los parasoles y celosía de concreto con finalidad de generar confort térmico en los ambientes. Por lo antes mencionado se puede establecer que el proyecto cumple con la calidad y funcionalidad necesaria para responder a las necesidades actuales del sector.
