La muestra estuvo conformada por cuatro procesos de la gestión de inventarios, así como a los cuatro trabajadores involucrados, analizados tanto antes como después de la implementación del aplicativo. Los hallazgos obtenidos revelaron mejoras significativas en la gestión de inventarios, alcanzando un 100% de precisión en el control del inventario y una reducción del 95.14% en el tiempo dedicado a la actualización del stock. De igual modo, se registró un aumento notable en la satisfacción del personal involucrado en el área de inventarios, evidenciando una aceptación positiva hacia la tecnología aplicada en la automatización de tareas repetitivas y en el análisis de datos. Los resultados se contrastaron estadísticamente a través de la prueba de Wilcoxon, la cual mostro una significancia de p=0.043, confirmando que el aplicativo contribuyo de manera positiva a la eficiencia operativa del minimarket. En conclusión, la implementación de inteligencia artificial en la gestión de inventarios se demostró como una herramienta eficaz para incrementar la precisión y rapidez en las operaciones, validando así la hipótesis planteada.

This applied research was developed under a quasi-experimental design, using techniques observation, survey and interview to collect data. The sample was made up of four inventory management processes, as well as the four workers involved, analyzed both before and after the implementation of the application. The findings obtained revealed significant improvements in inventory management, achieving 100% accuracy in inventory control and a 95.14% reduction in time spent updating stock. Likewise, a notable increase was recorded in the satisfaction of personnel involved in the inventory area, evidencing positive acceptance towards the technology applied in the automation of repetitive tasks and in data analysis. The results were statistically contrasted through the Wilcoxon test, which showed a significance of p=0.043, confirming that the application contributed positively to the operational efficiency of the minimarket.
