Kennedy, está cerrada desde 2019. Además, escasas instituciones educativas locales cuentan con bibliotecas. El objetivo principal es crear una Biblioteca Pública como centro comunitario, ofreciendo programas educativos, actividades culturales y oportunidades de networking. La metodología propuesta emplea un enfoque mixto para describir, recopilar y analizar información mediante proyectos de referencia, consulta de libros y encuestas, abordando de manera integral el problema planteado. Las bases teóricas se desarrollan de manera adaptable, flexible y accesible, permitiendo un diseño que responda a las necesidades de la comunidad como recurso educativo y cultural esencial. Se espera que el edificio de la biblioteca sirva como modelo para otras regiones, impulsando el proyecto a escala interregional para beneficiar a la población en general.

The lack of adequate infrastructure has gone unnoticed, given that the ““Carlos Cueto Fernandini““ Public Library in the Piura Urbanization, Avenida John F. Kennedy, has been closed since 2019. In addition, few local educational institutions have libraries. The main objective is to create a Public Library as a community center, offering educational programs, cultural activities and networking opportunities. The proposed methodology uses a mixed approach to describe, collect and analyze information through reference projects, consultation of books and surveys, comprehensively addressing the problem posed. The theoretical bases are developed in an adaptable, flexible and accessible way, allowing a design that responds to the needs of the community as an essential educational and cultural resource.
