Está ubicado un territorio de suave pendiente que se extiende hacia faldas del cerro Cabras. El origen y poblamiento es producto de ocupaciones espontaneas generando desorden urbano presentando diversos problemas como el déficit de infraestructuras educativas públicas. Actualmente las instituciones educativas se encuentran en mal estado, ambientes de estudio inadecuados para el desarrollo educativo de los alumnos. El colegio público Tupac Amaru II es uno de ellos, tiene la infraestructura inadecuada y en mal estado actualmente, los ambientes no satisfacen la demanda de los alumnos. Este informe de tesis tiene el objetivo principal de diseñar una infraestructura educativa que satisfaga las necesidades de la población estudiantil del colegio Túpac Amaru II, en sus niveles de Inicial, Primaria y Secundaria, considerando ambientes educativos complementarios y tecnológicos. Ambientes que puedan hacer uso la población. Finalmente, la propuesta de diseño arquitectónico cumple con la necesidad de la población.

The District of Florencia de Mora, in 1961 was created as a Municipality of the Minor Population Center and in 1985 as a District. It is located in a gently sloping territory that extends towards the foothills of Cerro Cabras. The origin and population is the product of spontaneous occupations generating urban disorder presenting various problems such as the deficit of public educational infrastructures. Currently educational institutions are in poor condition, inadequate study environments for the educational development of students.
