La tesis surgió del análisis de la problemática generada por las inadecuadas condiciones que presenta el Ministerio Publico, debido al crecimiento de la demanda del servicio judicial, infraestructura que no ha sido diseñado para este tipo de función así como déficit de ambientes para albergar a todos sus órganos jurisdiccionales. Asimismo, para conocer la realidad a fondo, se amplió la investigación a nivel local, nacional e internacional. En toda la investigación identificamos una carencia de criterios arquitectónicos perjudicando con ello la labor fiscal donde resalta que el diseño de instituciones judiciales en la actualidad es tema poco abordado en el Perú, pese a ser una institución que cumple un rol de vital importancia para vivir en armonía y democracia. El presente Proyecto busca crear una infraestructura que contribuya al ámbito judicial, implementando características arquitectónicas tanto en aspectos funcionales, formales y ambientales propios de sector judicial que responda a las necesidades del usuario y la población en General.

El presente Proyecto busca crear una infraestructura que contribuya al ámbito judicial, implementando características arquitectónicas tanto en aspectos funcionales, formales y ambientales propios de sector judicial que responda a las necesidades del usuario y la población en General.This Thesis Project proposes the implementation of a New Headquarters of the Public Ministry of the Sullana Fiscal District on land donated by the municipality, ending rental payments for the headquarters where the Prosecutor's Office currently operates. The thesis arose from the analysis of the problems generated by the inadequate conditions presented by the Public Ministry, due to the growth in demand for the judicial service, infrastructure that has not been designed for this type of function, as well as a deficit of environments to accommodate all its jurisdictional bodies. Likewise, to know the reality in depth, the investigation was expanded at a local, national and international level. Throughout the investigation, we identified a lack of architectural criteria, thus harming the fiscal work, where it stands out that the design of judicial institutions is currently a subject that is little addressed in Peru, despite being an institution that fulfills a vital role for living in harmony and democracy.
