Se aplicó en una muestra de 165 estudiantes del VI al X ciclo, a los que se administró los siguientes instrumentos: La Escala APGAR- Familiar de Gabriel Smilkstein (1978) adaptado a la realidad peruana por Aranda y Solón en el año 2019 y el Cuestionario de Dependencia Emocional (CDE) elaborado por Lemos y Londoño (2006) adaptado por Brito y Gonzales a la ciudad de Cajamarca (2016). Los resultados determinaron la existencia de correlaciones inversas, muy significativas (p<.01) y de grado medio entre funcionalidad familiar y las dimensiones ansiedad por separación, expresión afectiva de la pareja, y miedo a la soledad, además, se halló una relación inversa, muy significativa (p<.01) y de grado bajo entre funcionalidad familiar y modificación de planes de la variable de dependencia emocional en estudiantes de Educación Inicial

It was a substantive and descriptive correlational design. It was applied to a sample of 165 students, to whom the following instruments were administered: Gabriel Smilkstein's (1978) APGAR- Familiar Scale adapted to the Peruvian reality by Aranda and Solón in 2019 and the Emotional Dependence Questionnaire (CDE) developed by Lemos and Londoño (2006) adapted by Brito and Gonzales to the city of Cajamarca (2016).
