Actualmente todos los proyectos se vienen desarrollando bajo el mismo tipo de sistemas constructivos, que generan gran contaminación, retrasos en su ejecución y son siempre parecidos, ocasionando que no exista innovación, ni grandes atractivos turísticos. Para poder lograr este objetivo, se hizo un análisis de la situación actual de la infraestructura y los problemas de déficit de establecimientos, análisis de las posibles soluciones usando el sistema modular prefabricado e innovadores materiales constructivos. El proyecto arquitectónico se basa en criterios de diseño como la integración al terreno mediante plataformas verde y arquitectura biofílica, aspectos bioclimáticos los cuales harán que el edificio sea sostenible, visuales y un sistema constructivo modular, empleando la madera CLT como principal elemento estructural, para lograr una infraestructura funcional y espacialmente agradable, la cual le genere confort a los huéspedes y usuarios del hotel.
