description La investigación tiene como finalidad evaluar y analizar la relación actual de los riesgos Ergonómicos y la satisfacción laboral en el personal de enfermería que trabaja en el Hospital Leoncio Prado de Huamachuco y a partir de ello sacar conclusiones y plantear propuestas y sugerencias de solución para abordar y disminuir dicho problema. Según el tipo de estudio es descriptivo, por su diseño es cuantitativa, transversal y no experimental. La población estudiada lo constituyeron las(os) 10 enfermeras y 15 técnicos de enfermería, se contó con dos instrumentos: un cuestionario y una lista de cotejo y para probar la validez y fiabilidad de nuestros instrumentos de recojo de información en nuestro estudio, se ejecutó una determinada prueba piloto. El resultado que se obtuvo fue que un alto % (60%) de los trabajadores de enfermería manifiesta nivel de riesgos ergonómico severos y nivel insatisfecho en su centro de labores. Además, según los resultados de la prueba de Chi- Cuadrado, X = 11,842 con un nivel de significación de p = 0,003, que es inferior al 5 por ciento (p 0,05), lo que indica una relación entre ambas variables

According to the type of study, it is descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional and non-experimental. The population studied consisted of 10 nurses and 15 nursing technicians. Two instruments were used: a questionnaire and a checklist, and in order to test the validity and reliability of our instruments for collecting information in our study, a pilot test was carried out. The result obtained was that a high % (60%) of the nursing workers manifested severe ergonomic risks and unsatisfied level in their work center.
