description La presente tesis se desarrolla sobre el análisis de la problemática forjada por la desintegrada y deficiente infraestructura institucional que presenta la Municipalidad Distrital de Castilla - Piura, con lo que afecta directamente sus funciones administrativas, la actividad de los trabajadores municipales y la percepción que tiene el usuario público de sus autoridades y el mal servicio que se le brinda. Esta investigación ha compilado información de tipo cuantitativa y cualitativa, con datos estadísticos, encuestas, entrevistas y documentos alcanzados durante el año 2019 y parte del 2020. Además, los autores de este proyecto de tesis, durante el año 2017 realizaron sus prácticas preprofesionales en la Gerencia de Desarrollo Urbano, y se pudo conocer la realidad de las funciones desde el interior. De esta manera, tomamos como referencia los análisis de casos analizados, de ámbito nacional e internacional, lo cual nos permitió identificar elementos arquitectónicos de equipamientos de tipo institucional, que fueron correctamente implementados con los que se logró en cada uno de ellos sensación de confort para el usuario público, trabajador municipal y en zonas complementarias aledañas, además de administrar mejor las necesidades de la población en general
