La población estuvo conformada por 593 docentes pertenecientes a instituciones de la UGEL 3, de los cuales se seleccionó una muestra no probabilística por conveniencia de 50 docentes. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario de actitud docente desarrollado por Saavedra (2021) y el cuestionario de calidad de inclusión desarrollado por De la Ese (2020), ambos diseñados en contexto peruano. Los resultados confirmaron que existe una relación significativa y positiva entre las variables actitud docente y calidad de inclusión (p = .000; rho = .488). Además, los análisis confirmaron que las dimensiones de la actitud docente (cognitiva, afectiva y conductual) están significativamente correlacionadas con la calidad de inclusión (p <.05). En conclusión, se infiere que una actitud docente positiva es un factor crucial para mejorar la calidad de inclusión educativa en estudiantes con NEE, lo cual subraya la importancia de fomentar actitudes favorables entre los docentes para lograr una educación inclusiva efectiva

Methodologically, this was a basic study, with a correlational level and a non-experimental design. The population consisted of 593 teachers belonging to UGEL 3 institutions, from which a non-probabilistic sample of 50 teachers was selected by convenience. The instruments used were the teacher attitude questionnaire developed by Saavedra (2021) and the quality of inclusion questionnaire developed by De la Ese (2020), both designed in a Peruvian context. The results confirmed that there is a significant and positive relationship between the variables teaching attitude and quality of inclusion (p = .000; rho = .488). Furthermore, the analysis confirmed that the dimensions of teaching attitude (cognitive, affective and behavioural) are significantly correlated with quality of inclusion (p < .05).
