Se tuvo una participación de 30 alumnos, 14 en el grupo experimental y 16 en el grupo control, seleccionados al azar. Una vez que se dispuso de ambos grupos, se les aplicó el pre test para evaluar la actitud científica. Se desarrolló posteriormente el método científico como estrategia didáctica de enseñanza al grupo experimental, mientras que el grupo control continuó con la metodología tradicional. Finalmente se aplicó el post test a ambos grupos. Para el tratamiento estadístico y el análisis de los datos se utilizó la media, varianza y t student. En los resultados hallamos que el grupo experimental, presentó mejoría significativa p > 0.05 luego de su intervención, en comparación al grupo control. Se concluye que el uso del método científico como estrategia didáctica en la educación de los internos de medicina del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo - 2019, influye significativamente en el desarrollo de actitudes de investigación científica.

It is an applied research with a quasi-experimental design, with an experimental group and a control group. There was a participation of 30 students, 14 in the experimental group and 16 in the control group, selected at random. Once both groups were available, the pre-test was applied to assess scientific attitude. The scientific method was subsequently developed as a teaching didactic strategy to the experimental group, while the control group continued with the traditional methodology. Finally, the post test was applied to both groups. For the statistical treatment and data analysis, the mean, variance and t student were used. In the results, we found that the experimental group presented significant improvement p> 0.05 after its intervention, compared to the control group.
