Se contó con una población muestral de 90 madres a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos que recogieron los datos de cada variable. Los resultados encontrados son los siguientes: de acuerdo al nivel de conocimiento se observó que, el 43.3% de las madres presentaron un nivel bueno y regular, y solo el 13.3%, nivel malo. En cuanto al vínculo afectivo, el 73.3% de ellas, presentaron un adecuado vínculo, mientras que, el 13.3% un vínculo extremo y evitante. Concluyendo que existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre la lactancia materna y el vínculo afectivo en las madres de niños menores de 6 meses que acuden a los servicios de Crecimiento y Desarrollo, y maternidad del Hospital Distrital de Laredo 2024, a través de la prueba Chi cuadrado, se obtuvo un puntaje de p <.001, lo cual indica que se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis de investigación.

This was a cross-sectional descriptive correlational study. There was a sample population of 90 mothers to whom two instruments were applied that collected data on each variable. The results found are the following: according to the level of knowledge, it was observed that 43.3% of the mothers presented a good and regular level, and only 13.3% had a bad level. Regarding the affective bond, 73.3% of them presented an adequate bond, while 13.3% had an extreme and avoidant bond.
