Tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el Nivel de Conocimiento y Aplicación de la Lista de Verificación de Cirugía Segura por la Enfermera en Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Huarmey. 2019. La población muestral estuvo conformado por 20 enfermeras; para la recolectar los datos se usaron dos instrumentos, el cuestionario de conocimiento y una lista de cotejos. Con los resultados obtenidos se concluyó que el 75% de las enfermeras presentan un nivel bueno de conocimiento y el 25% un nivel regular. Mientras que el 80% del personal de enfermería aplica correctamente la lista de verificación de cirugía segura y el 20% restante aplica incorrectamente. Asimismo, se pudo determinar que si existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento y aplicación de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura [Chi cuadrado X2 = 15; p: 0.005 (p < 0.05)

Watson. Its objective was to determine the relationship between the Level of Knowledge and Application of the Safe Surgery Checklist by the Nurse at the Huarmey Hospital Surgical Center. 2019. The sample population consisted of 20 nurses; Two instruments were used to collect the data, the knowledge questionnaire and a checklist. With the results obtained, it was concluded that 75% of the nurses present a good level of knowledge and 25% a regular level. While 80% of the nursing staff correctly apply the safe surgery checklist and the remaining 20% apply incorrectly.
