Del mismo modo, se planteó como objetivo general: Demostrar que el ascendiente que haya sido obligado a pasar alimentos por mandato judicial no le corresponde percibir una pensión de alimentos por parte de su hijo o hija. En tal sentido y guardando lógica coherencia con nuestro objetivo general propuesto, se concluyó de manera general que: Ha quedado demostrado que el derecho civil, también está dotado de un sistema sancionador en situaciones específicas hacia los sujetos de derecho; en tal sentido, el ascendiente que haya sido obligado a pasar alimentos por mandato judicial no debería corresponderle percibir una pensión de alimentos por parte de su descendiente, debido a que esto rompería el principio de equidad y justicia que el derecho propugna como sistema complejo pero coherente y unitario; y, esto ha quedado demostrado al dar un breve repaso por los artículos como 398, el 412, el 667 inciso 7, el 745 inciso 1; y, el 463 inciso 3, todos estos del Código Civil
