Por ello es fundamental conocer de cerca el liderazgo que aplican los directores en sus Instituciones Educativas, sobre todo en el ámbito de Cajamarca, lo cual es muy importante. Siendo el objetivo general Conocer los aspectos teóricos y prácticos sobre liderazgo Directivo en Instituciones Educativas de Cajamarca. El método que se aplica es el bibliográfico.
