This qualitative phenomenological research approach is based on the concepts of Martin Heidegger, was conducted in a rural community of Barranca City in order to comprehensively analyze the female ex-sist of pregnant adolescents from their perspective. We interviewed 10 pregnant women between 14 and 18 who met the selection criteria. For data collection depth interviews was used, evidence obtained were carefully recorded for analysis and thus understand the essence of the phenomenon. The first analysis allowed the construction of seven units of meaning with their respective vague and medium construction and hermeneutic analysis. In essence, the being pregnant teens, is a being who lives humanly pregnancy, where Dasein is thrown and initially responds to unauthentic way to subsequently respond authentically. The comprehensive analysis reveals two existential categories: One is the decline and the other is referred to the care-of-itself. The, - mother is revealed to be still unclear although the process of becoming the woman be - be - mother.
