The objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge of the transversal approaches in the students of the fifth of secondary school in the emblematic educational institution Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides, Iquitos 2022. The type of research was descriptive with an observational non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population made up of 403 students from the fifth of secondary school, the instrument was validated through expert judgment and the reliability for the collection of information was verified. To analyze the information, the SPSS v25 software was used, obtaining the following results, the level of knowledge of the transversal approach in the student was, 79.3% stated that the teachers had a deficient level and 20.7% had a regular level. It concludes: 1. The knowledge of the transversal approaches is deficient in the students of the fifth of secondary school in the emblematic educational institution Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides, Iquitos (Z= - 35.752; p=0.001<0.05).
