Sumario: | The objective is to describe job satisfaction in the San José Savings and Credit Cooperative of the city of Iquitos, year 2019. The method with a descriptive level research type and a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental research design, of a descriptive cross-sectional type. The population is finite, it was made up of fifteen collaborators of the financial entity, being a non-probabilistic sampling of an intentional type. The survey technique was applied, and the questionnaire with closed questions, 12-item Likert scale, was used as an instrument for collecting the information, which had validity and reliability before being applied. The result of the descriptive analysis of the first dimension, it can be diagnosed that 33% feel very satisfied with the supervision carried out in their workplace, 53% feel satisfied, only 13% are not dissatisfied, nor satisfied with the supervision, and there is no dissatisfaction, the second dimension, it can be examined that 33% feel very satisfied with the physical environment of their workplace, 46% feel satisfied, and only 20 % are not dissatisfied, nor satisfied with the physical environment, and there is no dissatisfied one, in the last dimension it was examined that 7% feel very satisfied with the benefits received by their employer, 66% feel satisfied, and so only 13% are not dissatisfied or satisfied with the benefits received, and there is 13% very dissatisfied. We conclude that 46% feel very satisfied at work, 40% feel satisfied, only 13% are not dissatisfied or satisfied, and there is no dissatisfied employee. |
