Sumario: | For this research, the objective was to determine the relationship between job performance and job satisfaction in the San José Savings and Credit Cooperative, Iquitos 2022, for the research methodology, the type of descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional research was used. With a non- experimental design, the population was constituted by all the workers of the San José Savings and Credit Cooperative, Iquitos 2022. Which are 25 people, the result was obtained that shows us a Pearson correlation value equal to 0.959 ** which indicates a very strong positive significant correlation according to the theory present in the book by (Hernández, Fernández, & Baptista, 2014); furthermore, the sigma value (bilateral) is 0.000; according to the Decision Rule indicated by the value of P (significance) is less than 0.05; the alternative hypothesis is accepted; then, we can affirm that the hypothesis is approved: "There is a positive relationship between job performance and job satisfaction of the workers of the San José Savings and Credit Cooperative, year 2022". Regarding the categories, it is concluded that variable 1 job performance is at 48%, which indicates that it is high, and regarding variable 2, it can be seen that Variable 2 obtained a score of 48% "high", which corresponds to 12 people out of 25. |
