Descripción
Sumario:The results of the research on the relationship between burn out syndrome and the job performance of teachers at the Victoria Barcia Boniffatti Early Education School in Iquitos, 2021, reveal significant findings. The population and sample consisted of 36 teachers, who were surveyed using questionnaires validated by experts. The study followed a relational, field-based, bivariate, and cross-sectional methodological design. The findings conclude a significant negative relationship between burn out syndrome and job performance. Specifically, teachers with lower levels of burn out demonstrated superior job performance. The statistical analysis, conducted using Kendall’s Tau-b coefficient (-0.167; p<0.05), confirms this negative correlation, indicating that burn out adversely affects the work efficiency of teachers.
