Sumario:The purpose of this research was to determine how nutritional status and academic performance are related in secondary school students of the Initial Primary Secondary Educational Institution No. 60274 San Miguel De Cacao, Caballococha 2025. Opting for a basic type study, the sample consisted of 70 students for the completion of the survey conducted with a rating scale for data collection. The results show a direct and very strong correlation (Rho = 0.941, p = 0.000) between nutritional status and academic performance of secondary school students at Educational Institution No. 60274 San Miguel de Cacao, Caballococha, in 2025. Regarding the nutritional status of the secondary school students, it was found that less than half had normal height (46.2%), while 23.8% (31 students) were at risk of stunting, 22.3% (29 students) were stunted, and only 7.7% (10 students) were tall. Regarding the students' academic performance, it was found that 39.2% (51 students) were in progress, 27.7% (36 students) achieved the expected level, 23.8% (31 students) remained at the beginning level, and only 9.2% (12 students) achieved outstanding performance.
