Departamento Académico de Ordenamiento Territorial y ConstrucciónMediante Ley N° 27446, se creó La Ley del Sistema Nacional de Evaluación del Impacto Ambiental, un sistema único de identificación y prevención de los impactos ambientales negativos derivados de los proyectos de inversión, en conjunto con La Ley General del Ambiente N° 28611 que garantiza el derecho irrenunciable de vivir en un ambiente saludable, se sentaron los precedentes de lo que hoy son los Instrumentos de Gestión Ambiental, mecanismos orientados a la ejecución de la política ambiental. Para identificar los impactos ambientales negativos, se utilizó la metodología de Conesa (1993), evaluando la interacción de las actividades del proyecto en sus diferentes etapas, frente a los componentes ambientales (aire, agua, paisaje, suelo, flora y fauna) y sociales (demografía, salud, vivienda, etc.), los cuales se identificaron en la Línea Base Ambiental. Mediante las matrices de identificación y jerarquización de impactos, se mostró de manera cualitativa el Índice de Incidencia del impacto. El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional (TSP), tiene como objetivo proponer medidas de manejo ambiental adecuadas y eficaces para prevenir, mitigar y/o corregir los impactos ambientales negativos en las distintas etapas del proyecto de Inversión “Creación de Qochas de siembra y cosecha de agua para recarga hídrica con fines agrarios en el paraje Paccarccocha de la localidad de Santa Cruz de Millpo, distrito de Chinchihuasi – provincia de Churcampa - departamento de Huancavelica” con la finalidad de contribuir a la preservación de los recursos hídricos por los incrementos en la recarga de acuíferos, que suman a las Soluciones Basadas en la Naturaleza. El TSP, concluye que las medidas basadas en el análisis entre la interacción de las líneas base (Física, Biológica y Social) y la Descripción del Proyecto atenuarán significativamente los impactos negativos que pueda generar el proyecto en sus distintas etapas.Through Law No. 27446, the Law of the National Environmental Impact Assessment System was created, a unique system for the identification and prevention of negative environmental impacts derived from investment projects, in conjunction with the General Environmental Law No. 28611, which guarantees the inalienable right to live in a healthy environment, the precedents of what are today the Environmental Management Instruments were established, mechanisms aimed at the execution of environmental policy. To identify the negative environmental impacts, the Conesa (1993) methodology was obtained, evaluating the interaction of the project activities in its different stages, against the environmental (air, water, landscape, soil, botany and wildlife) and social components. (demographics, health, housing, etc.), which were identified in the Environmental Baseline. Through the matrix of identification and hierarchy of impacts, the Incidence Index of the impact was shown in a qualitative way. The purpose of this Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP), is to propose adequate and effective environmental management measures to prevent, mitigate and/or correct negative environmental impacts in the different stages of the Investment project "Creation of Qochas from sowing and harvesting of water for water recharge for agricultural purposes in the Paccarccocha area of the town of Santa Cruz de Millpo, District of Chinchihuasi - Province of Churcampa - Department of Huancavelica” with the purpose of contributing to the preservation of water resources due to increases in recharge of aquifers, which add to the Nature-Based Solutions.
