description El presente trabajo académico de tipo aplicativo, tiene por objetivo general “Mejorar la gestión curricular de los aprendizajes en el área de matemática con docentes de la Institución educativa Nº 34045 de Pasco”. Se diseñó y aplicó cuestionarios con preguntas abiertas a una muestra de 4 docentes de los con muchos años de experiencia en aula y también posen niveles están entre e 4to ,3er y 2do nivel, maestros con maestrías. Los cuestionarios realizados fueron con la finalidad de identificar su percepción sobre el manejo del enfoque de resolución de problemas y sus procedimientos y cuan importantes son para elevar los niveles de logro en el área matemática de los estudiantes. Entre las conclusiones más resaltantes tenemos que: El director como líder pedagógico es el principal responsable de fortalecer el trabajo docente en especial en esta área de matemática, es quien debe formar docentes fortalezas dentro de la escuela. Los docentes motivados moldearan su práctica pedagógica en su aula, mejorando con ello los aprendizajes de sus estudiantes. Es indispensable trabajar con lo estudiante la Resolución de Problemas, ya que ello les va a permitir resolver problemas que se les presenta en su vida cotidiana y es más decir durante toda su vida con sentido crítico, reflexivo, que sean capaces de emitir su opinión sobre lo resuelto, permitiéndoles con ello ser competentes en la sociedad que les toca vivir.
