La técnica será la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado será la escala NSS. Resultados: los resultados de esta investigación reflejarán los principales niveles de estrés laboral encontrados en el personal de enfermería. Estos serán analizados utilizando métodos estadísticos que permitan identificar tendencias y patrones relevantes, presentados a través de tablas y gráficas para facilitar su interpretación. Para este análisis, se hará uso de Microsoft Excel para la organización de los datos y del software SPSS para un análisis más detallado. Conclusiones: se identificará una visión general del nivel de estrés laboral en el ámbito de cuidados críticos, proporcionando información clave para la implementación de estrategias que mejoren el bienestar del personal.

The technique will be the survey and the instrument used will be the NSS scale. Results: the results of this research will reflect the main levels of work stress found in the nursing staff. These will be analyzed using statistical methods that allow the identification of relevant trends and patterns, presented through tables and graphs to facilitate their interpretation. For this analysis, Microsoft Excel will be used to organize the data and SPSS software for a more detailed analysis.
