Se seleccionaron 12 estudios clínicos y preclínicos que evaluaron CBD tópico en pacientes de distintas edades diagnosticados con dermatitis atópica. Resultados: diez estudios reportaron resultados afirmativos, mostrando reducción de inflamación, prurito y eritema, además de mejoras en hidratación y calidad de vida. Un estudio no encontró diferencias significativas frente a placebo y otro mostró efectos condicionados por la formulación y el contexto clínico. En general, el CBD tópico evidenció un perfil seguro y bien tolerado. Conclusión: el CBD tópico se perfila como una alternativa terapéutica prometedora y segura en dermatitis atópica, aunque la heterogeneidad en diseños, dosis y formulaciones limita su incorporación a guías clínicas.

Materials and methods: a systematic review was conducted according to the PRISMA guidelines. The search included articles published between 2010 and 2025 in PubMed, SciELO, ScienceDirect, and Redalyc. Twelve clinical and preclinical studies evaluating topical CBD in patients of varying ages diagnosed with atopic dermatitis were selected. Results: Ten studies reported positive results, showing reductions in inflammation, pruritus, and erythema, as well as improvements in hydration and quality of life. One study found no significant differences compared to placebo, and another showed effects influenced by the formulation and clinical context. Overall, topical CBD demonstrated a safe and well-tolerated .
