description Objetivo: determinar la relación entre el síndrome de Burnout y el desempeño laboral del personal farmacéutico de boticas Inkafarma en el distrito San Juan de Lurigancho junio – julio 2024. Materiales y métodos: el estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, correlacional, no experimental y tipo básica. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y dos instrumentos de tipo cuestionario. Los datos se efectuaron con una evaluación estadística descriptiva y pruebas para contrastar hipótesis. Resultados: se encontró un 34% para el rango de edad de 29 – 39 años, el 82% de los participantes del sexo femenino y 18% masculino, 80% solo tenían 1 trabajo, el 46% de los participantes son casados(as) con hijos, con un tiempo de servicio de 4 - 6 años (33%), el 90% técnico en farmacia, por otro lado, el 72,7% presenta un nivel bajo de Síndrome de Burnout y un 94,1% de nivel alto de desempeño laboral. Conclusiones: la relación entre el síndrome de Burnout y el desempeño laboral del personal farmacéutico de boticas Inkafarma en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho durante junio y julio de 2024 fue negativa o inversa, con una correlación negativa moderada (r = - 0.407, p = 0.000).
