Objetivo: realizar las intervenciones para el proceso del cuidado enfermero aplicado a un paciente con heridas complejas por mordedura canina en el servicio de hospitalización de la Clínica Divino Niño Jesús. Material y Métodos: se llevó a cabo un estudio de caso clínico, de tipo descriptivo, no experimental, se utilizó el instrumento para la valoración por patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon, también las taxonomías NANDA, NOC y NIC. La población, consistió en un paciente se sexo masculino de 51 años con diagnóstico de heridas complejas. Resultados: en cuanto al deterioro de la integridad tisular: el 80% de las intervenciones fueron positivas, 20% en proceso. Dolor agudo: 90% de las intervenciones fueron efectivas, 10% están en proceso. Deterioro de la capacidad de bipedestación: el 80% de las intervenciones fueron ejecutadas satisfactoriamente, 20% están en proceso. Riesgo de infección: el 60% de las intervenciones fueron efectivas, 40 % están en proceso. Riesgo de autogestión de la salud ineficaz: 40% de las intervenciones fueron ejecutadas satisfactoriamente, 60% están en proceso. Conclusión: las intervenciones de enfermería basadas en las taxonomías NANDA, NOC y NIC han demostrado una efectividad alta en la mejoría del paciente, teniendo avances en las diferentes fases de la cicatrización. Se logró adherencia al tratamiento y la asistencia a las citas post alta en la Unidad especializada de heridas. |

La población, consistió en un paciente se sexo masculino de 51 años con diagnóstico de heridas complejas. Resultados: en cuanto al deterioro de la integridad tisular: el 80% de las intervenciones fueron positivas, 20% en proceso. Dolor agudo: 90% de las intervenciones fueron efectivas, 10% están en proceso. Deterioro de la capacidad de bipedestación: el 80% de las intervenciones fueron ejecutadas satisfactoriamente, 20% están en proceso. Riesgo de infección: el 60% de las intervenciones fueron efectivas, 40 % están en proceso. Riesgo de autogestión de la salud ineficaz: 40% de las intervenciones fueron ejecutadas satisfactoriamente, 60% están en proceso. Conclusión: las intervenciones de enfermería basadas en las taxonomías NANDA, NOC y NIC han demostrado una efectividad alta en la mejoría del paciente, teniendo avances en las diferentes fases de la cicatrización.
