description El proyecto de investigación titulado: “Centro Cultural Sostenible, para el Distrito de Santa María - 2021”, tuvo como objetivo general implementar, un Centro Cultural Sostenible, permitirá optimizar la producción de actividades intelectuales culturales, en el distrito de Santa María - 2021. El tipo de investigación aplicada fue Descriptiva – Explicativa, empleando un análisis de enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo. Siendo el tamaño de la muestra 360 personas. Así mismo la técnica que se empleó fueron las encuesta, y como instrumentos la guía de observación. Se concluyó que, se desarrolla en forma inadecuada y limitada, cuenta con infraestructura cultural incompatible con el crecimiento poblacional, y los lineamientos de política emanadas por el estado, no cuentan con el equipamiento y mobiliario acorde con las función y espacio, respecto a la exposición museográfica de igual forma es limitada e inadecuada, la existencia de deficiente gestión, difusión, sensibilización cultural.
