description El presente estudio tiene como objetivo: “determinar el nivel de gestión en enfermeros postpandemia del Covid-19 en Hospitales Nacionales del III Nivel de atención de salud en Lima Perú, 2023.”. Método: Cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal no experimental. La población estuvo compuesta por 60 enfermeros, se aplicó un instrumento, el cuestionario que mide la gestión del enfermero cuenta con confiablidad y validez. Resultados: indicaron que el 33% tuvo una gestión baja; 28% media y solo el 19% tuvo una gestión altamente eficaz. Conclusión: Se concluyó que el nivel de gestión del enfermero más predominante fue en nivel bajo.
