La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, básica y propositiva, con un diseño no experimental. Para la recolección de datos se aplicaron como técnicas la entrevista y como instrumento el cuestionario. La muestra estuvo conformada por 50 trabajadores participantes del Gobierno Regional de Amazonas. Los resultados estadísticos mostraron que, en la variable participación ciudadana, un 40% se encontró en el nivel inicial y solo un 22% alcanzó el nivel logrado. En la variable gestión administrativa, se obtuvo un 32% en el nivel inicial y un 28% en el nivel logrado. Se concluye que la participación ciudadana en un gobierno regional fortalece la transparencia, mejora la calidad de los servicios públicos, fomenta la innovación en la gestión administrativa y promueve una gobernanza más eficiente y alineada con las necesidades reales de la población.
